Deejay Venny says he is determined to reopen his business on Independence Day after a fire left the interior of the establishment extensively damaged.

Despite the setback, Venny indicated that work is moving at an intense pace as he and his team attempt to get the business back up and running.

“We are working 36 hours a day,” Venny said as he spoke about the rebuilding effort, making it clear that he does not intend to allow the fire to keep him down.

The blaze caused significant damage inside the establishment, with Venny describing the interior as “completely destroyed.”

However, rather than remaining closed for an extended period, Venny has set an ambitious target for his return.

“There’s no way I’m gonna let this keep me down,” he said.

He announced that the business is expected to reopen on Monday, August 31, as Trinidad and Tobago observes its Independence Day public holiday.

“Independence Day, the public holiday, we will be reopening,” Venny said.

The planned reopening comes as restoration work continues following the fire, with Venny showing his determination to get the establishment operational again despite the extent of the damage.
