DJ Ana Wins Female International DJ of the Year at Caribbean Music Awards
DJ Ana has added another major achievement to her career after winning Female International DJ of the Year at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Caribbean DJ secured the award during the ceremony at the National Academy for the Performing Arts in Port of Spain on September 19.
DJ Ana was selected from a field of nominees that included DJ Bambii, DJ Charlotte, DJ Lady Drea, DJ Nikki Z, DJ Nunu, DJ One Gyal Army, DJ Primadonna, DJ Tash and DJ Vybz Empress.
The International DJ of the Year category recognises DJs for their impact on the global music scene, including their performances, creativity, influence and ability to connect with audiences internationally.
DJ Ana has built a presence within Caribbean entertainment through appearances at events and festivals across different markets, helping to carry Caribbean music and culture to audiences beyond the region.
Her victory came during the fourth annual Caribbean Music Awards, which was staged in Trinidad and Tobago for the first time as part of the event’s Elite Weekend Experience.
The awards brought together artists, DJs and other entertainment industry figures from across the Caribbean and its diaspora, celebrating achievements spanning soca, dancehall, reggae, bouyon, chutney soca, konpa and other Caribbean genres.
Ricky Platinum was named Male International DJ of the Year.
