In a tragic turn of events, a Form Three student from Queen’s Royal College, Idris Hosein, age 15, lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Churchill-Roosevelt Highway. The incident unfolded on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the El Socorro region.
Hosein allegedly embarked on a ride after taking his father’s motorcycle without permission. Tragedy struck when his motorcycle collided with a car in the process of changing lanes on the highway. The impact was such that Hosein was thrown off the motorcycle, sustaining fatal injuries.
