Her boyfriend has been identified as 26-year-old Stefon Khandan, of Sundarsingh Trace, Penal.
The b0dies of the couple were discovered by a relative of Khandan.
Police believe Ougrah was fatally stabbed during the incident. Khandan was also found dead.
