Trinidad Killa may have missed the Caribbean Music Awards in Trinidad and Tobago, but apparently nobody told him he had to miss the red carpet too.
The Trinidad and Tobago artiste brought some humour to the occasion by appearing to Photoshop himself into a Caribbean Music Awards photo alongside Plumpy Boss, Kman 6ixx and Medz Boss.
While the other artistes were actually dressed up and on the carpet, Killa found another route into the picture, leaving fans with the kind of moment social media was made for.
The edited image gives the impression that Killa simply decided: if he could not make it to the awards, the awards would have to make it to him.
It was particularly fitting given Killa’s connection to the Zess and Steam movement. Trinidad Killa was among the nominees for Zess-Steam Artist of the Year at the Caribbean Music Awards.
So while some artistes needed invitations, suits, photographers and a trip to the venue, Killa seemingly needed just one thing: Photoshop.
Missing the red carpet is one thing. Missing the group picture? Apparently unacceptable.
