A marital dispute involving a Trinidad and Tobago couple has continued to unfold publicly on TikTok, with both husband and wife releasing videos containing allegations of abuse, infidelity and mistreatment during their long-term relationship.
Joey Mungaroo and his wife, Shameen Lopez Mungaroo, have been sharing competing accounts of their marriage following their separation in September 2026.
Shameen previously stated that they had lived together for approximately 27 years, beginning in 1999, before she left their shared home on September 5.
She accused her husband of subjecting her to years of verbal mistreatment and alleged that an incident of physical abuse resulted in police involvement.
However, in his latest video, Joey disputes her account and alleges that he was also subjected to physical violence throughout the relationship.
