According to Scott, someone logged into his account and sent money to a cell phone, and the transaction showed up on the system. He said the bank gave him no update despite his efforts to get answers.

Scott described a frustrating cycle of being told there was no update, then receiving another non-update, and said he even called for an interview with no result. He also claimed he could not tag the bank directly because tagging was turned off, and urged viewers to send the story to First Citizens.

He expressed doubt about what happened, saying it was not a simple password issue. The video, posted with the caption “Would appreciate a solution please First Citizens,” has drawn over 7,500 views and 25 reactions on Facebook.

First Citizens has not publicly responded to Scott’s claims, which remain allegations.

Article and image source: facebook.com

[62

post-4719","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-trinidad-and-tobago
["GET
