\nMinister of Culture and Community Development Michelle Benjamin traded official duties for a more hands-on role as she joined a back-to-school haircut and hairdressing initiative aimed at helping children prepare for the new school term.
\nBenjamin shared highlights from the initiative on social media on Saturday, showing children receiving haircuts and hairstyling ahead of their return to the classroom.
\nIn one of the standout moments, the minister could be seen personally assisting with a young girl’s hair, taking part in the grooming activities rather than simply attending the event.
\nThe initiative focused on helping children look and feel prepared as families make their final arrangements for the reopening of school.
\n\u201cHelping our children look and feel their best as they get ready for the new school term,\u201d Benjamin said in her post.
