The new entity, renamed HotelTT Asset Management Company Limited, will operate the property under the Hilton brand, with an option to extend the arrangement for another six months.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, the hotel will remain open while the government evaluates a long\u2011term strategy and initiates priority renovations. Employees\u2014over 600 in total\u2014will keep their jobs, duties, schedules, salaries and benefits unchanged, ensuring workforce stability.<\/p>\n<p>Reservation systems and booking channels will reopen immediately, providing continuity for guests, events and other customers. The deal resolves uncertainty that had surfaced after the previous management contract expired and fears that Hilton could cease operations.<\/p>\n<p>Hilton Trinidad &#038; Conference Centre has been a prominent landmark in Port of Spain for decades and remains one of the city\u2019s best\u2011known hotels.
