Randall Karim has been appointed as the Permanent Secretary and Head of Trinidad and Tobago’s Foreign Service, a significant step announced by the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs. The Ministry celebrated his promotion on Tuesday, August 25, labeling it a ‘meritorious appointment.’<\/p>\n
Karim’s new role places him at the administrative helm of the Ministry, where he will oversee its operations and support the implementation of the Government’s foreign-policy priorities. As Head of the Foreign Service, he will manage the country’s network of embassies, high commissions, consulates, and other overseas missions.<\/p>\n
