This discussion reaffirmed the strong relationship between Trinidad and Tobago and Singapore, and opened dialogue for potential future cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Technical cooperation in digital government, ethical AI governance, cybersecurity, and national digital identity systems were among the key topics discussed during the meeting. The potential for leadership development and knowledge exchange between Singapore&#8217;s Civil Service College and the Ministry&#8217;s Public Service Academy was also on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Smith expressed his interest in engaging more deeply with Singapore&#8217;s leading digital institutions such as GovTech Singapore, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and AI Singapore. He also welcomed the potential to engage through programmes such as the Singapore Cooperation Programme and the Digital Forum of Small States (Digital FOSS).<\/p>\n<p>Both parties left the meeting with a shared commitment to advancing dialogue on practical areas of cooperation that support digital transformation and public sector innovation.
