Enhancements include new railings and a thorough clean-up of the beach area, aimed at providing a better experience for visitors. One snorkeler, who found out about the reopening just that morning, took to the waters in the evening to explore the beach&#8217;s aquatic life. Although visibility was poor due to wave conditions, they encountered fascinating creatures, including a scrawled cuttlefish and a spotted eagle ray, marking a memorable day in the water.
